Helal Momand holds overall responsibility for the strategic direction, stabilisation, development and sustainable expansion of the Pamir Group. He oversees the development of international education programmes, skilled-worker development, partnerships and innovative services.

Responsible for leading the institute, coordinating the divisions and teaching staff and overseeing all teaching and administrative operations.

Responsible for organising the courses in the men’s division, assigning classes and supporting course participants.

Information & Communications Officer

Responsible for communication with prospective and current students and partners, handling enquiries and providing key information about courses and exams.
