Terms and Conditions

Terms for registering for and using our services.

Last updated: 18.09.2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Pamir Group GmbH (the “Provider”) and its customers (the “Participant”).

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, registrations and services concluded between the Provider and the Participant via this website, by email or on site. Any conflicting terms of the Participant are rejected unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Provider

The Provider is Pamir Group GmbH, with its registered office in Austria and its location in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. You can find the full company and contact details in the Legal Notice.

3. Services

The Provider offers in particular the following services: German courses (A1–C1), preparation for internationally recognised German exams, Pamir Nursing Academy, visa and travel services, and mobile phone repairs. The specific scope of services follows from the respective course or service description.

4. Registration and conclusion of contract

Registration takes place online via the website, by email or on site. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration by the Provider. By registering, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prices and payment

The prices stated at the time of registration apply. Payment is made by bank card (online), by bank transfer to the specified account or in cash on site. Where prices are shown in several currencies, the amount stated in Afghani (AFN) is decisive; amounts in other currencies are for guidance only.

6. Exam registration and fees

Registration for an exam requires the documents specified in the relevant section, in particular a valid email address, a valid phone number and a valid passport or a valid Tazkira. The exam place is only confirmed as binding once the exam fee has been received and verified.

7. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in text form (e.g. by email). Exam fees already forwarded to an examination institution may not be refundable. The specific cancellation and refund conditions are communicated at the time of registration. [Cancellation deadlines and refund rules to be added]

8. Participant obligations

The Participant is obliged to provide complete and correct information and to submit the documents required for registration in good time. The Participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents submitted.

9. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. No guarantee is given for passing an exam or for the granting of a visa.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with effect for the future. For an existing registration, the version valid at the time of registration applies.

12. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Austrian law applies, excluding the conflict-of-law rules of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider in Austria.

13. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
